Loan Documents

If your lender requires that your loan documents are to be witnessed in front of a lawyer, you likely will need the lawyer to provide a Certificate that you have received independent legal advice. These are referred to as a Solicitor's Certificate or a Guarantor Certificate.

If your lender has specified that a condition of your loan is that the loan will only be advanced if a guarantee is provided by a guarantor, because your loan is of a commercial nature or the loan is between family members, our team of property lawyers can assist.  These types of loans are considered high risk lending and the bank will require you to seek independent legal advice and sign the loan documents in the presence of a lawyer.
